Introduction: 

Amino Silicone Oil Special for Chemical Fiber RH-NB-8200 is modified organic silicone crude oil, applied in the handle finish of chemical fiber textiles especially the soft finish of polyester, Polyamide and its blended fabrics, which can get perfect handle.

Advantage  

(1) It endows the fabrics with excellent soft and smooth, rebound,and refined effect. 

(2) It has little effect on whiteness, shade, and color fastness of fabrics.

(3) The stability of working fluid of emulsified liquid is good, and it has good compatibility with adhesive and dope.

(4) It can be the same bath with finishing products such as softener flake and formaldehyde-free fixative.

(5) Can get excellent result even as used in polyester/cotton,polyester/viscose,and polyester/nylon blended fabrics.

(6) It has good adsorption property for polyester fiber,has dip-dye effect

Usage amount for reference: 

(1). Dipping Process: RH-NB-8200 Emulsified Liquid   1-6%(o.w.f)

(2) .Padding Process: RH-NB-8200 Emulsified Liquid   10-50g/l

Emulsifying Method :

Formula (30%Emulsion)		Steps
Silicone Oil NB-8200	20.0%	1. First add Emulsifiers to reactor, and then add Silicone Oil NB-8200, stirring for 30-40minutes. 2. Add Acetic Acid I slowly, stirring for ten minutes 3. Slowing add water I when stirring to the reactor 4. Add the rest water and acetic acid 5. Sample and test the appearance. Qualified products is transparent emulsion, or blue fluorescence (it is best to put them in the glass to be observed) 6. Test PH, the standard 5.5±0.5. If not reach, add acetic acid
